Ok it’s Saturday, so you are having a party but you don´t want to drink alcohol. However you need some colorful alcohol free Cocktails, well we are here today to get them. Remember that social engagement is important to release stress and what a wonderful way to do than a Saturday afternoon with some drinks and healthy snacks with our significant ones. Today we will focus on drinks only.
Perfect drinks for those who do not drink alcohol, those who are on a diet and to bring any terrace with joy and color during this summer. As you all know, drinking speeds up the aging process dramatically! Now enjoy your party, and do not drink too much just one or two of these cocktails, slowly and with a few good conversations.
Sublime Red drink for those who do not drink alcohol and for those who are on a diet:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 bags of green tea
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ cup of honey
- 3 cups of pomegranate juice
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cups of tangerine juice
- One apple, diced
- 3 cups of water
To prepare it, you should place the tea bags and cinnamon sticks in the boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes and in the meantime, put all the chopped fruit into a large pitcher. When you have finished that, pour the tea with cinnamon and let it cool for at least 1 hour. Before serving, pour the water and ice, and that’s it.
Of course, you want to have a variety of options to your guests. Here is another one, tasty, colorful and super healthy, CUCUMBER MOJITOS: Is simple to get the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lemon just cut to decorate, Peppermint leaves, one tablespoon of honey, 1/2 cucumber made puree, 3/4 of a cold water cup.
