Last week I was in NYC and it was so cold, my skin suffered immediately. I tried a Winter Fruit-booster which I’m sharing with you today. With only Banana and Mango!
What are the benefits of banana and mango?

Here I introduce an easy recipe to make with the banana and another recipe with the mango. Oatmeal, banana, and honey: This recipe is ideal for those who think about looking after you and feeding you well. A perfect option to complement your breakfast. And that way we can feel happy. Ingredients 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of unflavored yogurt, 1 cup of soy milk, 1/2 cup of rolled whole grain oats, 4 teaspoons of flaxseed, some honey (100% natural) and ice to prepare. Place the banana, milk, yogurt and ice In a blender. Cover and blend until smooth and homogenous. Serves immediately.
Mango Juice: Ingredients mango, peeled and chopped, 1/2 cups of milk, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 cup of cubes of ice. The method of preparation: Place the mango, milk, honey and ice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth and homogenous. Serves immediately.
