Selfies Are Giving You Wrinkles (NO APRIL FOOLs PRANK)

You think you heard it all? What if we told you that selfies are giving you wrinkles!? And this is not a april fools prank!

No, we are not kidding you. It isn’t the selfie, but it is the HEV light (High Energy Visible light) which is a blue light that comes from electronics like phones. New research shows that skin damage caused by HEV light may be as harmful as the damage caused by UVA and UVB light combined.

Can you avoid “selfie wrinkles?”

Yes you can, it’s easy. Use sunblock taking a selfie. It reflects the HEV light (a bit).
