Brandon Truaxe, the founder and CEO of Deciem continues the Instagram drama after the takeover.
Truaxe has been getting extremely personal on Instagram after he fired the brand’s entire U.S. team, including its PR executive, Dakota Isaacs.
The past few weeks he is posting even news stories on his official Instagram account @deciem. With over 370,000 followers, most people love the drama and continue following him. But not everybody, a fan recently posted:
“I was a huge fan, because you changed the industry and my skin for the better. I had to unfollow a while ago to keep my feed drama-free, but I couldn’t imagine things have gotten so out of hand. Today I pointed someone in the direction of one of your most innovative products, and then I decided to check and see if I made a mistake. Now I’m just sad. I don’t mean to be cruel, and I don’t want to boycott a company that’s creating jobs and keeping prices in check, but this isn’t acceptable. It’s easy to believe everyone else is wrong and you’re right, especially if you’re gifted, which you obviously are. I can only hope your pride doesn’t get in the way of your health and happiness. I don’t know you and you have no reason to believe I mean well, but I do. It’s with great respect that I suggest you take a break from social media and focus on yourself.”
An other drama story shared on the @deceim Instagram account is about the racist encounter with Firmdale Hotels in London. This argument is going for months and Truaxe is posting personal emails on his account:
In his post, Truaxe reported that Nigerian team member was the only one singled out and harassed for his room at the hotel. Truaxe then told in an Instagram post a few days ago: “Nobody is racist to wealthy people regardless of their race which is my Iranian roots resulting in much racism since I was fortunate to accumulate some wealth.” and continues telling his followers that racism must not be tolerated.
What do you think, do you like Brandons dram on the Deciem Instagram account or not?
