Darphin was acquired by Estee Lauder in 2003 and the product line has changed since then.
I have tested this moisturizer without sunscreen one year ago while I was in Belgium for a business trip. Back then I purchased it because of the aromatic experience (and because it was on sale). I can honestly say this is one of the best smelling creams available on todays market. The hydration is quite good too, and I like the fact that it is organic and it has no parabens.
The downside of the Darphin cream is that you don’t get much value for your money. In de US the price tag is $70.00 for 15 mL/.5oz. Another thing is that it offers nothing new or groundbreaking. It’s just an other over priced moisturizing cream.
