The Retinol Correction Deep Wrinkle Serum by RoC Skincare is a nice example that a good skincare product doesn’t always have to be expensive; it’s time to review a RoC product:
Appling the wrinkle serum for the first time you will notice it feels very soft-gelly-like on your skin, but without the stickiness. This is probably also the reason why you can use it under make-up. After one day, I noticed an immediate difference in how my skin felt. It was softer and hydrated, without using an additional moisturizer. After four weeks my skin became even softer and stayed soft and after 4 months the firmness of my skin improved.
So is this serum perfect?
Nobody is perfect, and no skincare product is perfect either. The fine around the eye area didn’t improve. On other thing is the smell, I don’t like it, but that’s personal I guess. But what I disliked the most was: It contains parabens! Too bad!
As I mentioned earlier, the Retinol Correction Deep Wrinkle Serum isn’t expensive. I purchased it for less than 20 bucks at Walmart. It does only contain 1.0 fl oz, but that’s quite normal for a serum.
Conclusion: Too bad it contains parabens, otherwise this serum would be one of my favorite skincare products, because it works well and is good value for money.
