Coconut oil appears to be becoming more popular in the kitchen and as a beauty product. Here are 10 ways to be even better with coconut oil.

When coconut you might think especially of Bounty’s, or on tropical beaches. But coconut oil is not only healthy for frying, you can also use it as a beauty product. Coconut oil contains vitamin E, vitamin K, lauric acid, and various fatty acids. It’s very affordable, 100% natural and very versatile. Coconut oil is not liquid at room temperature. To make the liquid, rub it between your hands warm or keep it under the hot tap.

1. The solution for dry and frizzy hair

Coconut oil can make you dry, matted and fluffy hair supple and smooth.
