3 simple steps to Look and Feel 10 years Younger!

The first days of 2017 already have past and most of the New Years resolutions are gone with the wind. That’s why I will share with you 3 simple steps make you Look and Feel 10 years Younger!

  1. Have a healthy diet. Eat fruits and vegetables, avoid junk food and fats. Something that can help you to have a better health is to eat a serving of fruit every day, and in order to have a variety of recipes here I am recommending one that is a rejuvenating booster, best of all we can eat it in the morning as well as in the afternoon: So just cut an Apple into pieces, ½ of a cup of chopped melon and add some grated carrot, enjoy this sweet exotic salad with a glass of water; extra tip: drinking 1 glass of water on fasting is good for health and bowel.
  2. Exercise is absolutely needed, I like to jog 20 minutes at least 3 times a week since helps me to keep in shape and your body will thank you; at nights a little exercise like sit ups and stretching is fantastic. Also, what you can do is to go at least 3 times a week to the gym and ask the gym instructor tips to be able to put into practice in each session.
  3. Get enough sleep. Early sleep is a great gift to the body (6-8 hours) as you give rest that is necessary for your body to accommodate to the circumstances you spend daily, this will relief you and your body will feel wonderful, try sleeping early and you will see how you feel, no need to mention this will help you with your health.

Health and looking and feeling younger goes side by side. Now that we have identified these 3 Key Points for Health Improvement we need to get a way to keep track on how we are improving them.

Healthy Diet: Make sure you include foods that combine vital nutrients such as Fat Acids easy available by drinking a glass of flax seeds at nights; Fiber, depending our height and weight we should try to eat about 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day, you can get 12 grams from 150 grams of brown bread, 1 cup of oat gives 6 grams, 100 grams of spinach will give you 6 grams, 100 grams of grapes will give you 1 gram and 100 grams of prunes will complete your daily requirement since you get 7 grams from them.

Exercise: Wake up 20 minutes earlier and jog, simple as that, and go to the gym 3 times (20 minutes it´s ok, believe me). Take a day off without remorses.

Sleeping well and enough: Turn off your Social Media at a specific time, put a cup of water to boil and add some chamomile, drink it slowly meanwhile you meditate.
