People are talking a lot about indie brands lately, but what does it mean? Basically, it are brands that are still under the radar like Sunday Riley. It is a popular brand but is not connected to any major cosmetic company. Today we are reviewing the Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment, which retails for a whopping $ 157 USD at Sephora.
– The packaging
Sunday Riley Good Genes come in a pump bottle with gold details and somehow a pink glow. Very luxurious.
– The ingredients
In order to naturally brighten the appearance of hyperpigmentation as well as to soothe the skin, Sunday Riley Good Genes´ formula contains Lemongrass & Aloe among other ingredients. No parabens, no Sulfates and no Phthalates.
Only during the day to clean your skin, let Sunday Riley Good Genes sink into your skin and then wait ten minutes. How much? I strongly recommend two pumps.
– The results
Not bad! It really helped to boost my radiance. Will not use it in the salon, since it’s not something special for the price.
– The downsides
Way to pricey for what you get…
Yes, I love the name. I loooooove independent brands! BUT, I also am objective. It’s an OK product, would give it 3 stars out of 5.
