Our first review will be the Youth Code Rejuvenating of L’Oreal Paris.
L’Oreal maintains that Youth Code took 10 years of research. This sounds very impressive, but you’ll never know if this is true, because it’s so easy to claim and impossible to check. You’d think that after 10 years of research L’Oreal would publish their findings, but they haven’t.
The price tag is $ 24.99 for 0.5 fl. Oz, what is not super expensive. The eye cream is a slightly thick formula and is between light pink and cream in colour. Even though it looks thick, its not heavy. It seeps into the skin within a few seconds of massage. We did not find it greasy, but it is hydrating enough to give a healthy appearance to the eye area. We also noticed that the cream comes with no smell. After a few weeks of testing the most of us did notice a difference. The area under the eye felt a little softer en looked healthier.
Would we buy the “Youth Code Rejuvenating” again? It’s not bad, but we would not buy it again because we just didn’t noticed an improvement on our skin.
+ Not greasy
+ No smell
- Nothing published, only claims
- Contains parabens
- The wrinkles did not disappear
