A recent study examined more than 1,900 men and women diet, sun exposure, exercise, age, and geographic location. The participants were more than 2 years tracked and this revealed that those with little monounsaturated fatty acids in their diets have an increased risk of skin aging and skin diseases.

Health benefits of olive oil
