Today I will give you a recipe for a delicious Mustard-Honey salad dressing that is good for your skin and improves digesting your food. You can prepare this dressing in less than 2 minutes. Why buy stuff if you can Do It Yourself?

What do you need?

1) Olive oil, extra virgin
2) Mustard
3) 1/2 lemon
4) Black Pepper
5) Honey

How do you prepare it?

1) Put 3 table spoons of olive oil in a cup
2) Add 1 table spoon of lemon
3) Add 1 tea spoon of mustard
4) Add some black pepper
5) Add 2 tea spoons of honey
6) Stir it up and add it to your favorite salad!
