How to keep your hands 10 years younger!

If we ask you about what you think is the area that reflects the most your age, surely many of those answers will point to the hands. With them we support our non-verbal communication and as the years pass they become an awkward identity card. We often give a lot of time to the care of the face or certain parts of our body, but how much time do you spend on hand care?

As in all other areas of the body, aging is also implacable with the hands. Cold, water, dirt and chemicals are in contact with us throughout our lives through our hands. When you grow old your hands lose fat; your skin is so thin that it seems to stick to the bone, your veins look bright, and your look is filled with unsightly dark spots that are difficult to solve.

Hiding the signs of aging in your hands can be difficult. If you have symptoms such as dry hands that show wrinkles and folds. Sometimes, it may be normal for the fingers to wrinkle when they get into the water.

Week three: We are now using Lemon and honey at nights, the lemon reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines in your hands, and when mixed with the properties of honey, the remedy can be particularly beneficial.

Just mix freshly squeezed half lemon juice with one teaspoon honey, stir well to dissolve the honey and then massage the mixture into the back of your hands with circular motions. Wash after 15 minutes. Repeat once a day for a week.
